Shipping & Delivery

We like to think we’re pretty speedy when it comes to order turn around and products are usually delivered within 1-3 of placing an order. Each day at 12:30pm, we start packaging all the orders and get them sent out the same afternoon where possible. At that point it’s out of our hands and down to our couriers to get it to your door.

Orders that weigh less than 5kg are sent out using Royal Mail’s tracked service (normally next day delivery).

Orders under 5kg but with larger packaging are sent out with Parcel Force.

Orders over 5kg are sent out with either Night Freight of City Link.

We recently ran an inside test on the company using an anonymous buyer and found that an order that was placed at 12:15pm was delivered by 9am the next day. Of course, this is us at our best and we can’t make any promises but we always aim to be as quick as possible.

Please note: Around busy periods such as Christmas we can get very busy so we do ask you to be a little bit patient and allow up to 72 hours for dispatch.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is of massive importance to us and, knowing how easy it is to get caught out these days, we made the decision to use 256-bit encryption for our checkout process. We actually use it for the whole site! Just check out the little green padlock in the URL bar of your browser. We do not store credit card details nor do we share any information with 3rd party companies. You’re 100% safe with us.

Returns & Replacements

Returning a product is simple and easy. If the return is made within 30 days of purchase we’ll give you a full refund or replacement. If a product is faulty upon arrival then we’ll cover the return/replacement shipping costs as well. In fact, if it’s our fault in any way, you can be sure you won’t pay a penny.

To qualify for a full refund, merchandise must be in brand new condition with all it’s accessories and unopened original packaging. We will promptly credit your account upon receipt of the returned products.

If a product is found to be defective upon arrival then it’s best to contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement. Although it can be returned up to 30 days after purchase, we like to make sure that our customers have the products they deserve as quickly as possible. 

To make a return, please contact us with details and we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Once you have been issued with an RMA number you will have 14 days to return the product. After the 14 days have passed the RMA number will be void and returns will not be accepted.

*Please note: All returned goods must clearly display the issued RMA number otherwise they will not be accepted from the courrier.

The Internet is quickly becoming the most common way to shop and, as a result, is full of websites taking money and offering awful, if any customer service in return. We strongly believe in customer service and that’s why we back ours with a 110% service guarantee.

What does this mean? It means that if you make a purchase on our website and are not satisfied by the service received (shipping times, communication, ordering experience, etc.), you can contact us explaining the issue and we will credit your account for 10% of your order amount.
